So I’ve seen this done in BNHA fandom quite often but never for DPxDC so lets do it

Danny and Tucker were tinkering with their gear, trying to make things easier for themselves. Currently they were making their phones run on ecto so they would both be untraceable and never run out of energy.

Danny, his tongue sticking out, said “I think… I’m finished.” There was a beep and he closed up the back and started making sure it all worked. “Alright Tuck, time for your stuff while I do your phone.” Swapping phones Tuck began adding in all the info from their old phones and added a ghost firewall. Wouldn’t hold Technus if he was determined but made it so he couldn’t just possess the tech immediately.

Later, Danny is lying in his bed when he notices a new chat on his phone. It confused him because he already had his friend chat, who else would he have a chat with?

The reward of fitness still benefits you because fitness is not a punishment. It should never be used or seen as a punishment for existing. Fitness is just... part of existence for many of us. However your fitness looks is fine. Don't let the broader fitness culture tell you that you need to do things their way. You'll be fine with what you're doing. If you stop needing modifications as you start doing more intense workouts, great! But if you never stop using modifications, then that's fine because fitness isn't a punishment or admittance of failure.

Big HC that since astro only recently discovered the extent of his magic, he ends up pouring waaayyy too much power into fairly simple spells and that helps drain his stamina stupid fast

He can't exactly improve his stamina while he's constantly in danger

Poppy, on the other hand, has used her full magic her whole life, so it's probably a lot easier for her to distribute energy into each spell more resourcefully.
